What is the behavior wheel?

It is progressive discipline used to manage minor infractions. The consequence of an infraction is decided based on level of severity, frequency, and prior intervention. Intervention is more invasive as the frequency or severity of infractions increases. Examples of interventions are: discussions, interactions, documentation, warnings, counseling, probation periods, education, fines and potentially program separation.

What is PNC? 

The positive use of peer pressure to create a culture for attitudes & behaviors on campus. It is used to moderate personal and peer behavior. It uses peer and staff accountability, help, support, confrontation and addressing of inappropriate behavior.
