Shane has always been protective of those he loves or has stewardship over. So it was no surprise when he took up this hobby to help improve his ability to defend and protect

Shane replaced his love of all things police and super hero with this hobby. This desire motivated him to work harder than anything up to that point in his life to exceed his natural talent and learn all he could in order to achieve a level of excellence in this area that few ever do.

Shane has been exposed to new lifestyles, climate and architecture on his mission, but this beautiful building he entered was well known and completely familiar.

One Sunday as a child, Dad reprimanded naked Shane for not being ready for church. Shane emerged a few minutes later with this unique outfit.

The fateful day that a student opened fire, shooting and killing 3 kids at Saugus High School, triggering a great deal of fear as well as a lockdown on Canyon High School, Shane responded in this way.
What is- he showed great leadership by organizing his class members to blockade the door and helped calm those who were especially panicked.
Just when we thought Shane had tried it all, He took on this new challenge, enabling him to earn a major award.
