Ganbold is transporting class 1 hazmat. During his pre-trip inspection he disabled the cargo heater, disconnected the heater power sources and drained the heater fuel tanks. He safely transported the cargo making sure to folllow his pre detirmined route and succesfully arrived at his destination. Before unloading, he set the parking brake, got out of his vehicle to chock the wheels, and started thoroughly inspecting the area making sure no one was smoking and verifyed his cargo wasn't damaged. After verifying no one was smoking, and that his cargo wasn't damaged, he started to unload his cargo when suddenly, his explosives exploded. What did Ganbold do wrong?
