What is Canada Health care?
This years’ goal of Healthy People was aimed at increasing quality and years of healthy life and eliminating health disparities
What is 2010 Healthy People Initiatives?
This system provides care to more than 9 million individuals at more than 1,200 sites. The system provides care for retired veterans that served in the military, especially those who are disabled. It offers hospital care, mental health services, and long-term care, one of the oldest/largest organized health care systems
What is Veterans Administration?
Patients receive care through outpatient services, hospitals, managed care and integrated systems, and long-term care services

individual and population health are closely related to access to adequate services for preventive and curative health
What is Medical Care?
This country health care system is financed by government-mandated employer and employee contributions, characterized as a socialized health insurance system with sickness funds, government has overall control.
What is Germany Health care?
This group partnered with Healthy People, identifies barriers and challenges, assess uptake at the local level, promote use of program through various platforms, create training and technical assistance, etc.
What is the National Association of County and City Health Officials ?
A vulnerable population, where health needs are not meant due to inadequate resources. This population includes those who are poor, uninsured, belong to minority groups, immigration status, or live in an economically disadvantaged community.
What is a Special population?
The integration of cultural beliefs and values, and historical developments of U.S healthcare delivery
What is System Foundations?
Measure of one’s social position in relation to others, based on income, education, occupation, and people with higher incomes are less exposed to environmental risks
What is Socioeconomic status?
The health care delivery and financing of tax-supported national health program is managed by the government, providers are government employees, characterized as a quad-function model
What is United Kingdom Health care?
A program created by OSHA that requires employers to implement a system that ensures employees’ compliance with a safe and healthy work environment
What is Injury and Illness Prevention Program?
A network of health care providers and organizations that provide coordinated health to a population. This network is responsible for the health outcomes and health status of the target population. Most of these networks own or partner with hospitals, physicians, and insurers to provide a range of services.
What is Integrated Systems?
System of health care delivery that seeks to achieve efficiencies by integrating the four functions of health care delivery, regulates the utilization of medical services, determines salary of providers
What is Managed Care?
A person’s choice of diet, exercise, and unhealthy behavior. Certain individual decisions can lead to health problems such as heart disease, diabetes, stroke, sexually transmitted disease, and cancer.

What is General Law on Patients’ Rights ?A law that aims to strengthen patients’ rights, incorporation into Civil Codes of rights, duties, and forms of etiquette pertaining to provider-patient relationships
What is General Law on Patients’ Rights ?
This strategy aims to bridge disparities by addressing it at a community or local level. Some interventions that are provided by partnerships/ members are nutrition programs, work/environment safety efforts, etc. They offer services at a lower cost than those at private health organizations.
What are Community-Based Interventions?
This care is delivered through patients’ homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. Care is delivered by family members or friends and since insurance plans are sold separately most people opt out of purchasing and take on the financial burden.
What is Long-term Care Delivery?
Criteria based on access, cost, and quality. Issues and concerns can be addressed through health policy
What is System Outcomes?
Genetic factors predispose individuals but a healthy lifestyle and health-promoting behaviors can influence the development and severity of inherited diseases
What is Heredity?
An organization that works to improve patient and provider experiences, introduces new health care innovations, educates providers, advocates for policy change, forefront of health care campaigns, (formerly known as Canadian Patient Safety Institute and the Canadian Foundation for health Care Improvement)

In order for infrastructures such as hospitals and private organizations to provide efficient service, this intervention created the use of integrated electronic medical records and value-based care
What is Health Care Interventions?
A nonprofit group that educated the general public on diseases and how to avoid risks/identify early signs of said diseases to prevent a severe health problem
