True, Hearing aids are replaced every 5 years but clients are booked for an annual hearing test to re calibrate the hearing aids ensuring that client's get the best quality of service by adjusting the settings.

No, although our NSW Paralegals try to have the insurer cover all the appointments, Insurer usually does not cover the fitting appointments for the Hearing aids.
