What do I do if a member requests a reimbursement for Roadside?
Do NOT transfer reimbursement requests to Agero (We should only transfer calls to our roadside partners when our members have a current need for roadside assistance. Otherwise, all questions or concerns should be answered or addressed by the MSC.)
Confirm the member has an active HDC membership
Advise that HDC is not a reimbursement program
Educate them on the dispatch procedure
