MYTH or Fact. It is important to check in with yourself on how you are feeling only once during the day.

MYTH! You need to check in on your feelings throughout the ENTIRE day, many times! Understanding how you feel and your emotions throughout the entire day is important just like check in on how your body feels physically (tired, hungry, thirsty).

When faced with much larger stressors than usual like parents going through a divorce, someone close to you dying, moving to a new city; a young person can have mental health problems like strong negative emotions, sleep problems, loss of energy, angry outbursts - but support from your family, a counsellor and your school can help during this time.
