A trusted adult is someone who you are able to tell something to, and not feel like they with tell others. You can involve a trusted adult, when you are having problems at school, home, or being peer pressured.

Peer pressure is when you are pressured to do something by a peer or a group of peers. You can fight it by ignoring it, walking away, saying no, or telling a trusted adult.
