What type of masks are required?
We are asking all permission slips to be done digitally on Google Forms. We will share the legal language that staff must include for permission slips.
How do we collect permission slips from parents, safely?
Personal packages delivered to school puts our security agents at risk.
Can I receive personal packages to school?

The vinyl stickers are to remind students how to social distance.
Why are their vinyl stickers on the floor?
Twice while at school.
How often should masks be changed?
They have been removed from their original spot. ;)
How are disinfectant supplies going missing?
The disinfectant is not meant to be used by children.
Why can't older students disinfect their own spaces?
Stable groups less frequently and unstable groups after every class.
When should teachers and students disinfect their space?
If students are able to touch each other, they are not distanced enough.
Are students allowed to hug or touch eachother?
Masks should ALWAYS cover nose and mouth.
How should I wear my mask?
Always ventilate. We know construction is an issue, but it should be getting better soon.
How often should we ventilate classrooms?
Can I used my colleagues coffee mug that was left in the staff room?

Who can I get a disinfectant spray from?
All BFIS community members have the same social distancing rules.
Do students and staff have the same social distancing rules?
No, however, students need to continue to distance by 1.5m while exercising.
Should masks be worn during physical activity after Monday?
Germs are removed from the soap and vigorous washing, not by the temperature of the water.
Can we have hot/hotter water for the sinks?
At present, no equipment can be shared. We are looking into creating a protocol for stable groups.
Can students use equipment like balls, hula hoops, etc.?
Before/after class, lunch, and patio/break and upon arrival and dismissal.
How often should students sanitize?
Government says no, but we are still determining what is best for students and staff in school.
Do children under 6 years old need to still wear a mask?
