Maybe they didn't know that it's not good for you. It doesn't make them less trustworthy, but does tell you that sometimes you might have to think for yourself at times.

Of course! We learn from the people we surround ourselves with every day so it's important to pick people that build you up, not ones that bring you down!

1 hour. Too much time on screens can increase anxiety, depression, isolation, loneliness, impulsivity.

Processed sugar, that is used in most candies, is very hard for our bodies to break down, quickly turns into fat if unused, and hurts out bodies.
What gets in the way of getting good, restful, sleep?
Technology, stress, noises, too much light. Screen-time makes your brain think it's still daytime so it doesn't get you ready for sleep, it's best to turn off ALL screens (TV, games, phones, computers, etc.) 2-hours before bed.
Instead of being on tech, what are things kids typically do to be happy, have friends, and feel connected to their world?
Answers vary - Play outside, play sports, do art, play an instrument, read, go for a walk/hike/bike/etc., talk to a real life friend on the phone or in person, spend time relaxing/laying in the sun/being still, and so much more!
