There are 3 critical components of the "understanding" piece of healthy environments.  They are, "being clear", "being consistent", and "being timely".. Talk about each one and why it is important.
-Clear- everyone needs to understand what is expected

-Consistent- everyone should be providing feedback to their associates and giving the same messaging/direction

-Timely- Immediate feedback gives someone the opportunity to change a behavior right away
