False: If a student is found in violation of the code of conduct students are required to meet with Kim Kelley, Director of Student Success. Prior to this meeting any evidence, video or written description from our Testing Assistants will be taken into consideration. During the meeting, the students get a chance to explain their side. Kim then decides the best course of action from there. If found in violation, students may be banned for the rest of the semester, or longer depending on the infraction.
