When on the phone and a lead says:

"I'm not interested "What would be the recommended respsonse?

I appreciate you bringing that up and that is exactly the reason for my call “most people aren’t interested at first, but what they found after hearing about the programs and how valuable they were for their family, they were very appreciative of the information. The least we can do is go over the information and see if we can help you as well?” Does that make sense?

On EAPP, Where is TIR and what does it mean?

TIR stands for terminal illness rider which means if a client is declared terminally ill and only have 12 months or less to live, they can borrow half of their face amount and use it for whatever they want like paying medical bills, going on vacation etc and the remaining half will pay out for the funeral and final expenses. It is also located underneath the whole life plans in the middle.

What is a senior graded whole life?

What is:

Level premiums are payable during the entire lifetime of the Insured. The death benefit paid in the first 3 years is for less than the full Face Amount. In year 1 the death benefit is 25% of the Face Amount. In year 2 the death benefit is 50% of the Face Amount, in year 3 the death benefit is 75% and in year 4 and thereafter the death benefit is for the full Face Amount. The policy has smoker-distinct cash values and reduced paid up available. Extended term insurance is not available. This plan is not available in MA, MN, NH, NJ, NC, PA, WA, WV and NZ.

When on the phone with a lead and they simply say to you:

"I'm busy can you call me back?"

What would be the recommended response to handle that rebuttal?

I appreciate you letting me know that, and that’s exactly why we make this super quick. The shorter the better for me since I run a tight schedule. Let me ask what time do you typically get home?  (book 1-2 hours after they are home)

A client has both whole life and term coverages they have over 500k of life insurance. But they don't have the freedom of choice. Why would we assume that doesn't matter?

The freedom of choice is a great "add on coverage" for what the client already has. Plus this also guarantee's the immediate pay out to the beneficiary within 1-3 days instead of 30 days to 6 months.

What is a 10 year R&C?

What is:

The term period is 10 years and the death benefit is level. Coverage may be renewed at the end of each 10-year period prior to age
65. The last renewal period will end at age 65 when coverage expires. Renewal premium rates are the regular premium rates at the attained age of the Insured on the renewal date. Conversion is available to age 63. If premiums are being waived due to disability at the end of the conversion period, this coverage will automatically be converted to a whole life plan for the amount of insurance in force at that time, and premiums will continue to be waived.

When on the phone with a lead and they say:

" I don't remember requesting for life insurance or that was a mistake"

What would be the recommended way for you to handle that response?

“I understand,“I appreciate you letting me know. Sometimes people forget that they sent in the request. It could also be that a family member put it in on your behalf — that happens a lot. Let me just confirm the info we have: you’re at [address], correct?   Do you have a spouse or children? We see spouses and kids request this for their loved ones all the time — I even did it for my own parents. Let me ask, do you have something in place to cover your final expenses or leave behind a legacy for your family? Exactly that's the reason for my call to help you get this in place and honor this request.” Does that make sense?
