Anterior Posterior: anterior means the front part of you body; posterior means towards your back.

Weight Bearing as Tolerated: allows the patient to self limit their weight bearing up to full body weight.

Isometric: pertaining to a muscle under tension without contraction or change in length.

Internal Rotation: rotating a joint toward the midline
