(I can appreciate that) We're not asking for a promise to buy anything. Of course we do carry water and air treatment products, but it is our strict company policy not to bring up any price or product in the home unless that is something you want to talk about. We do this because we don't want you to feel like you're in any type of sales situation.

If yes: that's great! How long ago have you had it tested? (If over a year: The EPA does recommend that you have your water tested at least once a year since the water quality is constantly changing)
Do you remember what company did the test? Great! Well it's always good to have your water tested periodically!
If no: well Mr. / Mrs. When you think about it, we use our water everyday! We cook with it, we bathe with it, and we even give it to our families. So it’s very important to know how the water is affecting our home, water using appliances and most importantly, our family.

(I can appreciate that) I'm sure that it is, we're not saying that there is anything wrong with your water. I'm sure you'll find the test very informative and be surprised with the results. Since there is no cost or obligation, you have nothing to lose.
Unfortunately we can’t test for Gen-X or PFOA’s. That would be something you would have to send to an actual lab because it’s a chemical. However, our technicians are very knowledgeable and can answer any of your questions and explain how to prevent it.
