NO, the only thing you are allowed to do is take out their garbage and clean their linens. You should only be assisting in ADL's, bathing/showering and light housekeeping listed on care plan
Is a patient on hospice required to perform 2-3 ADL's and shower/bath on every visit?
No. Since they are End of Life care they get to pick and choose what they do
What is the protocol for a missed visit?
1. Attempt to reschedule with the patient for another day during the week
2. If unable to reschedule, notify CM, Melissa and Anna
3. Marked as missed (NEVER DECLINE) with valid reason why

4. Go to order supplies and add
5. If supply is not listed, you need to have the nurse write an order for specific supply
