Selecting this icon will allow you to edit actions, data and re-enter questionnaires after saving them as a draft?
What is the pencil icon?
You will go to the tile to enter your failed contact attempt for your action which will change the status of your action to UTC-1.
What is the Intro Tile?
This is where you will upload your PSONs, Authorization Templates, Service Coordination Packets, 24/7 Grid, PCS Log, FSC Auth Template, etc.
What is the Documents Tile?
You will use this action type when assigning an action to a SC to follow up on needed items (e.g. DME, securing a PSON, etc.)
What is an Other Action?
This tile is where you will find the Member Details tab, so you can ensure the member has a mailing address so that mailing correspondence can be sent.

This tile will help you prepare for your contact with the member/LAR by compiling data entered in the various tiles in one place for you to review (i.e. Member Representatives, Questionnaires, Medications, Conditions, Recent Outreaches, Inpatient Stays, ER visits, etc.). It is accessible from the Right Action Tray.

This question/item on the SAI must be completed in order to calculate a PDPM budget and receive MN approval
