How long should we wait to follow up to make sure our client has received our proposal?
Right after we send it.
How long before our due date should we be requesting engineering?
Long enough to know that we will recieve it a day or two before the due date. Hopefully we should request it 5,6,7 days before the bid is due.
How should we be keeping track of our bids so we can see when we think they will award and how we can go chase them?
