It is socially helpful knowledge and relationships. It is the advantages that individuals derive from relationships (i.e., knowing the right people and networking).

Essentially, human capital includes skills and comprehension. It is those differences in skills and knowledge that help explain why some people—and groups—are more economically productive than others.
