Sometimes elders are there for prayer and life guidance. During a prayer summit the elders are there at the front beside the stage and ready to pray for anyone who wants prayer.

The church provides a lot of learning opportunities for youth to experience hands-on. The youth can volunteer to be greeters at the entrance of the church. Students can sign up to volunteer in worship, kids ministry, student ministry, care ministry, prayer ministry, outreach, and theological volunteering. They also offer the youth an opportunity to enroll into baptism classes, bible classes, life groups and daily youth that they are able to participate in to deepen their understanding about christianity. Students are able to help cook in the kitchen and provide food between and after services. The youths responsibility is to learn what but also learn to help younger kids. A great example of this is during summer camps where volunteers are needed.

How does this church compare with the church described in the Book of Acts?
The Early Church Was Diverse like willingdon church.
The Early Church Was Gospel-Centered
The Early Church Was Devoted to Learning God’s Word
The Early Church Was United
The Early Church Was Sacrificial
Willingdon church is a diverse community that accepts all people who believe. Our church is gospel centered and preaches it to those who do not know it. We have missions that teach it to others. Everyone in our church is devoted to learning God's word and mostly everyone attends church. We are one big church community and we are welcoming many others to join the congregation. We do not sacrifice but we do sacrifice our time to God, our money/ possessions. Like the great commission we have lots of opportunities to outreach to people who need help. The people are reminded everyday to be more Christ centered because it is something that needs to be addressed once in a while as a reminder.
