- (Zoning) To minimize theft, the entire store must be zoned by an employee (including Fragrance and Skincare) every hour, in all stores, regardless or risk level or volume.
- (Training) All leaders must conduct and enforce daily “Get. Give. Teach. Sell.” skill practices.
- (Operations) Leadership must audit Omni storage cabinets daily for discrepancies (verify all orders are accounted for).
- (Operations) SM must meet monthly with the Ops leader and SLPI to: review Cycle Counting Productivity Report in MCS to ensure store is meeting proper levels of cycle counting based on volume per the Cycle Counting Goals section (page 2) of the Cycle Counting Policy.
- (Shipping) Audit 3 cartons in every shipment, prioritizing newness (e.g., new palettes from top selling brands), top sellers, and high shrink SKUs.
