What is the process for completing ecomm?

1. print pick tickets from email

2. go into rfs and click drop ship picking, take off barcode on the pick ticket and put on bottom left corner of bubble mailer

3. scan barcode into rfs and fulfill the items that pop up and click submit

4. package up pieces (check for gift wrapping and notes and put into bubble mailer and seal, set aside)

5. once all rfs submitted, go into shiphawk and search order from barcode on bubble mailer

6. click "ship" in top right corner and stick label on bubble mailer

3. add in a reason code in the notes (only the code)

4. click exchange and process

5. if there is a tax difference click refund account after clicking "collect"
