Label cup: place the label on the appropriate size cup.

Queue shots: Pull espresso shots into a shot glass or cup depending on the beverage. Use shot glasses for Caramel Macchiato and personal cups.

Add syrup: Add syrup to cup using full pumps. Explain that a full pump means pressing the pump all the way down and then releasing so it goes back up.

Steam milk: Follow the Milk Steaming Routine.

Finish: Finish the beverage by pouring milk into cup. In a cooled-down oven, open the door and remove the cook plate.

Wipe cook plate with a wiping cloth and clean and sanitize in dishwasher.

Use a food contact scraper to remove any hard deposits from inside the cavity walls or base.

Use a food contact brush to remove any food particles from between the cavity floor and the inside of the front door.

Spray KAY QSR Oven Cleaner directly onto a blue scrub pad and clean all internal surfaces except the cavity roof and door seal. (DO NOT spray roof of cavity as this will erode seals.)

Leave KAY QSR Oven Cleaner to soak on oven surfaces for 10 minutes with the oven door open.
