1) Body Scan- The aim was to get the p's to feel their body as a whole, guided through the body, aware of any sensations
2) Mindful yoga- Gentle stretching exercise through slow movements coordinated with breathing patterns
3) Sitting meditation- Includes awareness of the sensation of breathing/ awareness meditation which says you feel and pay attention to anything that comes into my awareness
