If a covered member is injured anywhere in the US, benefit covers medical treatment expense accrued at an outpatient facility (ER, walk-in clinic or urgent care). Must be seen within 48 hours of injury occurring.

Each covered member can take each course 1 time per year

1.) You must offer at least 2 benefits available for plan member is enrolled in (save the sale)
2.) Provide refund amount (system will provide)
3.) Provide method of refund: Check (trainer will go over cancel/refund for auto pay members)
4.) Always ask for cancellation reason and select the reason that best describes the reason for cancelation
5.) Advise they can expect check within 30 days
6.) Cancel Script: By cancelling membership today, it will not make any changes to their payment/loan terms with their financial institution.
What is the pay out for the Accidental Death benefit that is available on the Silver Safeguard plan?
$10,000 for only member or spouse
If member passes away, does the membership stay active?
On an individual plan, membership will be cancelled. Death certificate is needed and account will be canceled effective the date of death, refund will be sent via check and made out to "The Estate of" members name.
On a family plan, spouse ONLY can request to become primary member. Written request is required along with copy of death certificate. Once received, we will transfer membership into surviving spouse name.
Does the member only have 30 min free consultation with an attorney? Is the will free and how many can they get?
Unlimited time for phone consultation. Will preparation is not free but provided at a discount *** DOES NOT APPLY FOR QUEBEC
Quebec members can be reimbursed 25% up to $250 for the will preparation
