When viewing my documents, I see a red circle icon on one of my documents icon - what does that mean AND how can I fix it?
That means you need to verify your employees' I-9 Documents - To confirm the employee has brought the I-9 documents, select the icon and fill out the form and sign to verify!
You can also do this by going to the employees profile then selecting documents as well.

At this time, they can not fill custom documents because we don't have fillable custom forms yet. They can only sign or acknowledge.

My employees' availability changes every month due to school and secondary jobs, can I go in and edit their availability ahead of time for each month so I don't need to go in and do it later? If so - how can I do that?
Yes, you can go in and add your employees' availability ahead of time.
Select Schedule > Team Availability > then on the right corner select the date you would like the availability to start > Then edit the day and time for your employee's availability.
When you send an announcement, you can do 3 things additionally
1. Pin it to the dashboard - this pins it to the web and mobile dashboards
2. Add attachments - this allows managers to upload 1 or more documents to the announcement (docx, pdf, png, jpg)
What is the 3rd thing you can do?
Require confirmation - this makes all employee recipients use a button to confirm that they have read the announcement :)
How do I totally delete a document from my onboarding packet?
You can't. Unchecking the document will remove it from the packet. But documents can't currently be deleted entirely at this time.

Although HR Pro can NOT review an entire handbook, customers can submit individual policies in their handbook for review, 3 at a time with a 3-day turnaround time.

His schedule start day is Monday.Question: He wants to know why Karen has overtime calculating for shifts worked on the 17th, when the pay period just started on the 16th, which is a Wednesday. What is the most likely cause?
Because his schedule start day is Monday, and we calculate overtime on a weekly cycle separate from payroll, we are calculating his team's overtime based on Monday through Sunday of every week. This means that Karen worked hours between Monday, the 14th, and Thursday, the 17th that exceeded 40 hours. If the work week is actually Wednesday through Tuesday, John needs to change his schedule start day to Wednesday.
I've added new employees and edited some pins of my existing employees in the Clover Employee app but I don't see the changes in Homebase? What should I do?
Open the Homebase app on your Clover and select the refresh icon on the bottom left corner.
My employee filled out their document incorrectly! What do I do?
You will need to delete the document and resend it to the employee.
To do so:
Go to Team > Roster > Click Profile > Documents Tab> Delete the document they filled out incorrectly.
Then hover over Team and go to Documents > Locate the employee in the list, and resend the form they need to fill out.

Where is the best place you can find Homebase new product updates and releases?
By going to Omni and searching "Product Release Tracker" you'll be able to view a doc with all of our newest updates and releases.
How do you move a location over to another owner that has an existing homebase account?
Take the company ID of the existing account that is located on the URL and on the location that needs to be move, click edit and replace the company ID.
Keep in mind, this may take a few minutes depending on how big the location is.
