5 YO Pt PTC very irritable and crying about the pain. You try to do a PE and the patient wont make eye contact or answer any questions. Mom comments that they want to be held all the time and this makes them better.

Who has an extreme fear of death, convinced they will die from their illness. Thirsts for cold water that cannot quench thirst
What is Aconite
Pt presents with raw burning pains during urination with intolerable urgings but usually can only pass a few drops.
What is Cantharis
28 YO F PTC with severe dysmenorrhea. The pain is best with bending over and hard pressure. She also has a lot of anger and irritability at the beginning of menses.
Pt PTC with severe vertigo. Itis worse when turning his head and lying down.
What is Conium
6 YO Pt PTC with a runny nose. He is very irritable and his face is bright red. He is screaming through the appointment and wants to be carried but doesn't make him better. You note that he continuously is picking his nose throughout the visit.
What is Cina
Pt PTC with exhaustion and anxiety. He is very restless in office and cannot sit still. You ask what is bothering him the most, he mentions he worries about his health and the possibility of having a terminal illness. He prefers to be warm, even when he's warm and has a great thirst for small sips.
What is Arsenicum album?
PT PTC with UTI after a long road trip. They also have experienced urinary incontinency when laughing and sneezing. What would their mental state mostlikely be?
Sympathetic, sensitive, worrisome, weeping, fearful (causticum)
Pt PTC with dysmenorrhea characterized with cramping pain better with hard pressure and warmth. She often will sit in the hot tub for hours on end for relief.
What is Magnesium phosphoricum
Pt PTC with seizures characterized by clenched thumbs and twitching of the extremities as well as gasping for air during episodes.
What is Cuprum?
Pt PTC and starts raving about someone cutting them off on street coming in and cannot calm down, stating they wish they could find and kill that person. They are sweating but complain about the cold AC blowing.
What is Hepar Sulphuricum
Pt PTC with concerns of severe pain causing suicidal thoughts. He is very hard on himself and feels as though he has neglected his responsibilities causing a lot of anger.
What is Aurum?
Pt PTC with UTI consisting of dull suprapubic pain and a sense of fullness, this is not relieved by urinating. She has the constant desire to urinate and passes large amounts of clear urine.
What is Equisetum?
Pt PTC with severe menorrhagia and sensitivity. She cannot bear to use tampons due to the pain of any pressure. She has alternating numbers and coldness that some and goes.
What is Platina.
Pt PTC with severe headaches. They often feel as though her eyes are bursting outward from the eyes. These are usually preceded by blindness. They also have a sense of heaviness in the head, especially eyes.
What is Gelsemium
72 YO M PTC with worsening dementia refusing to take any medications because he feels as though he's being poisoned.
What is Hyoscyamus
Pt PTC with a high fever, violet pains, and no thirst. What would you expect their response to movement be?
Worse with any movement (Belladonna).
Pt PTC with dysuria, noting thick yellow bland discharge. She starts weeping during the intake and continuously thanks you for your time.
What is pulsatilla
Pt PTC with mastitis with the worse pain while nursing that starts at the nipple and radiates all over the body.
What is Phytolacca.
Pt PTC with CC's of headache. It is worse after being outside and is a pulsating throbbing sensation that comes in waves. What makes this better?
Uncovering the head (Glonoinum)
Pt PTC with manic episodes that started when she woke up. She starts rambling on about being poisoned by her HTN medicine so stopped taking it. She always feels better after the start of her menses and with cold drinks.
What is Lachesis
PT PTC with fear something bad willl happen or they will be preceived as insane.
What is Calc Carb
Pt PTC with acute UTI complaining of severe cutting pain at the conclusion of urination. She notes white sediment in the urine as well.
What is sarsparilla
Pt PTC with postpartum depression and bearing down sensation. She does not want any consolation but better when she can get out an exercise. She weeps during the intake wishing she felt more love for her new baby.
