Opening and Closing Work 

Opening: Set rotation, call pops, adjust lights, check women's bathroom, and unlock door.

Closing:Restock (mints, toothpicks, and sprinkles), TOAD checkout, wipe down menus, clean host stand, and put away plaques.

Complete phone greeting, gather info regarding the reservation, then repeat all the information USING THE GUEST LAST NAME to ensure it's correct, finally let the guest hang up first.
