If a student feels nauseous, they can breathe, find stillness. As the teacher, we can get them salt, a cool towel, and encourage them to continue / stay in the room.
If a student is struggling, they may not be breathing / may be breathing shallow breaths. They may also be sitting. You can help them by encouraging them to breathe and by reminding them to meet their body and self where they are today // less is more.
