Ask first, use it with respect, clean it up, put it back where you found it the next day at the latest

What do you do if you don't really know someone in the house?
Go sit in their wing for dinner, try and catch them out and about and ask how uni is going, send them a message on facebook or put a note under their door asking them to come to your wing for dinner, if you are going somewhere eg shops or yoghurtland ask if they want to go, etc
