What is the tolerance policy when it comes to house rules

Wake times are
- Monday - Friday 7:30 am and 7:45 am
- Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am and 8:30 am
All clients are expected to
brush his / her teeth daily.
All clients are required to attend outside meetings unless
a client is on detox protocol.
Please be respectful to your housemates and Apex staff alike. Allow us to
assist you in working through any frustrations or anger.
Where are you allowed to go if refferance to the house
Side or backyard area only. DO NOT LEAVE the property without staff permission at any time
Will staff give a weak up call
will provide wake up calls at the times listed above and you are responsible for getting up by the second wake up call.
All clients are required to shower
at least once every other day.
Clients are not required to go in and participate in the meetings and may stay outside with the staff
if they wish
Physical violence toward your housemates or the staff is
absolutely NEVER acceptable. Please remember that any physical or verbal abuse toward your housemates or the Apex staff may result in your rejection from the program in order to protect the safety of those around you.
The kitchen is
OFF LIMITS to all clients. There is no exception to this rule. Please be respectful of this rule and if you need something, kindly as the staff.
When late getting up in the morning,
please be mindful that you are impacting others by disrupting group therapy and potentially causing other housemates to be late for outside appointments
All clients will have the opportunity to run reasonable errands on Saturday
if you are unsure of what may be reasonable please discuss with Program Director anything out of the ordinary must be approved by clinical team via formal request.
all clients must turn in electronics
even if they decide not to attend the meeting.
All clients are required to attend all group therapy sessions, unless
it inteferes with an individual therapy session or unless you are on detox protocol.
Items left at Apex for over 30 days are
considered abandoned and will be given away to charity.
Quite hours are as follows
Sunday Through Saturday 10:30 pm- 6:00 am
Smoking is only permitted
in the designated smoking area.
Clients that do not attend the meeting
MUST STAY WITH THE STAFF AT ALL TIMES.
When should you be respectful of your housemates and group facilitators
during therapy
(well anytime really)
no food or drink are allowed in
group rooms and / or bedrooms, except water. This protects the carpets and furniture as well as maintains a clean space for groups, therapy sessions, and client down time.
What happens during quite hours
his means that personal electronics are collected at this time, the pool / Jacuzzi are off limits, and all clients should be in their respective bedrooms. The quite hours last until the wake times.
Cigarettes and Vaporizers are NEVER
to be smoked in the house or in the vehicles.
All clients are encouraged to attend and participate in all outside meetings. Although you may not
gree with the philosophy of a specific meeting, we believe there is always something positive that you can obtain from an outside meeting that could benefit you in your recovery.
Is sharing a must in group......
No.
When it comes to a group settings share if you are comfortable but speak with your therapist after to talk about why you dodn't feel comfortable.
