How can I find out what appliances the kitchen/kitchenette in my apartment include?
Our floor plan/room types document in the training manual has specific detailed information on what the bathrooms and kitchens in the apartments include. You can also refer them to the information desk of the apartment. The hall webpages only have general information on them.

I'm on the waiting list. When will I know if I have a housing assignment for the school year?
It is really hard to say. We will get cancellations up until the beginning of the semester so the best thing to do is keep in contact with us to see if we have openings.

Use the online date/time change request form to change between August 29 & 30th move in.

We only allow FISH in a 10 gallon tank or less. (people will ask about turtles, no turtles) Service animals are permitted if you go through disability services.

You probably won't be able to see your exact room, but the halls have drop in tour hours where you can see a room similar to yours.

No; however we will review these on a case by case basis if they are persistent enough. Make sure to get more information on the situation and then ask someone in CAB about it.

If I move in early or stay in the IRC how long will I be billed $24 extra?
You will be billed $24 until your official move in date. August 29th for freshmen September 3rd for everyone else

It sends an email to EVERYONE in housing. So don't do it.

You can submit an online "assignment change request" (ACR). We will make assignment changes based on the order requests are received and our ability to make the change. Keep in mind that you may not get a change!

We are waiting to get some cancellations. You will know your assignment soon, but unfortunately we don't know exactly what date you will know. Keep an eye on your email!

I have to move in early. Will I be able to move into my assigned room?
Maybe. If you are moving in early at the end of August you might be able to move directly into your permanent space, but we can not guarantee that you will be. This is because people are still staying with CES in the halls and the staff need a few days to clean the rooms even after they leave.
