FIRST, check your binder for papers that need to be turned in.

THEN, put it neatly (standing up straight) in the correct crate, alternating frontwards and backwards

Come in quietly, greet the teacher, unpack your backpack, check binder for papers, put binder away, check for lunch box and put it in the fridge, put water bottle on the counter, hang backpack and jacket up outside, come in and either get to work on Morning Work or find a Morning Tub

What should you do in the bathroom?

Go quickly, wash your hands, make sure your paper towel is placed completely in the trashcan, and come straight back to class

When you are eating, what should you remember?

-To eat quickly 

-To clean up your trash and crumbs; clean up the space around you

-Use an inside voice to chat with friends

-stay seated until Mrs. Hawkins tell you otherwise

-Be kind when someone wants to sit near your; do not 'save' seats

Get our binder, write 2 good sentences in agenda, have it checked, check mailbox for papers, put them in binder (NOT in front of mailbox), put binder, lunch, and water bottle in backpack

NEW: We will now being doing this right after lunch so backpacks will go back on your hook after it's been packed up

What should you NOT do in the bathroom?

Hang out with your friends, flick water on other people, use loud voices, throw your paper towels on the floor, hang from the doors, look at other people while they are going ... NO PLAYING AROUND!

What do we do during a Fire Drill?

Line up quickly and quietly at the backdoor, follow the teacher outside, walk quickly and quietly to the gate and out to the grass on the other side of the parking lot, NO TALKING!

(if there is only one teacher with you, the first person should lead the class when the teacher says to do so)
