No, you should make yourself personable during the interview in addition to mentioning key words about the role. AI can detect when you overuse keywords.
How would you use keywords during an interview with AI?
Scan the job description for repeated words, things that stick out as important, and specific aspects of the role that you think suits you best and be able to communicate them during the interview. Talk through a situation or tell a story about a time you implemented them.
Is it important to only include hard skills?
No! You should include both hard and soft skills on your resume!
How should I answer questions to AI during the interview?
Be direct and straightforward with your answers during the interview. There will not be back and forth between you and the interviewer, so it is important that you get your point across without going in circles.
