Deductible - The deductible is the amount you must generally pay for covered services before the plan begins to pay.

Copay (Copayment Amount) - The Copayment is a fixed dollar amount you pay for certain services.

OOPM - The most you could pay in a year for covered services. Once you reach this limit, the plan pays 100% of covered services for the rest of the plan year.
