They would be overdrawn by 3 hours if they worked until the last day of April.  They would owe from thier final paycheck the difference of what they took but had not accrued.

True of False: I am reviewing timecards.  It is a pay period with a holiday in week 1.  A FT employee only needs to work 20 hours, the Holiday and supplementing with PTO will get them to 32 hours.

False:  If your staff is FT you should be scheduling them for FT hours regardless of the holiday.  This is to ensure addaquate staffing and the ability to have FTE make thier hours.  PTO can no longer be used to supplement pay.
