What is a mandatory reporter?

What is the front desk?
Activities specific for the 'Wilking' halls for the halls to do as a community.
What are programs?
Exiting the building in a timely manner during a fire drill.
What is evacuation?
People you can talk to confidentially without the worry of having your information taken to a higher authority (ex. hall director, PD). Counselors and ASAP are examples of this.
What is a confidential resource?
The building where you pick up your parking pass after purchasing it online.
What is Gray Hall?
A temporary card that will get you access into your room. Usually checkout spans for a 24 hour timeframe.
What is a lockout card?
Candles, large fridges, grills, hunting knives, rice cookers, and crock pots fall into this category.
What is an unapproved item?
Someone that will help navigate issues with roommates, the community, etc.
What is a mediator?
The company that organizes and troubleshoots issues with the laundry machines.
What is JETZ?
The hours when you should watch your noise as a courtesy to other residents. (10PM-8AM from Sunday-Thursday and 11PM-8AM from Friday-Saturday).
What are Quiet Hours?
Guests can stay no more that two nights over a two week period.

What is a work order?
Anyone under the age of 21 caught consuming alcohol in the dorms will be asked to dump all remaining alcohol in the sinks and written up.
What is the underage alcohol policy?
