Healthcare- Rural Doctors Network (RDN)
allows people who live in R&R areas to have easy access to various types of healthcare. It is imperative to have this access as there are less hospitals in R&R areas so health issues need to be managed as soon as possible.
If families from R&R areas are unable to access these services, they may have their health decrease dramatically if not receiving the certain health care needed whilst also financially unstable if looking for employment after fired/redundant

Explain what trade unions are and do.
Trade unions are organisations of employees or workers in a specific industry who represent, advocate, and negotiate work conditions on behalf of their members. They fight to protect the rights and responsibilities of employees. All workplaces have a union, and all workers are entitled to join a union. They will fight on behalf to the employees to; maximise wages and salaries, create a safe and healthy workplace, ensure equality, unfair treatment, redundancies.
