What does it mean to remove a student from a pass, in what scenario would the be applicable?

To remove a student is to deactivate the bus pass. If a student loses their bus pass make sure to deactivate the pass so that anyone who finds it cannot use it.

Setting up the debit card machine and making sure the till has the item in it (tickets, etc...)

What do you do if you can't find coverage for a missed shift?

Let Mekenna know ASAP. If you can't find coverage, you can't just not show up!

What do you do when you receive a mail key envelope from Alan?

Place this envelope in the folder titled “Keys From Alan” in our cabinet. Make a note of the key in the daily report under the “Things to Do/Information column. Include the pickup expiration date so the key can be returned to Alan if a student fails to pick it up in time.

What is the procedure for handing out a parking pass?

Ask for ID, have student sign and date the attached slip of paper, hand the decal to student

What does it mean to unlink a pass? When would this be applicable?

This will allow the bus pass to remain active and can be reassigned. If a student no longer needs their bus pass, unlinking it will allow us to reassign the pass to another student.

What do you do if we run out of tickets/whatever we are selling?

Check the fact sheet to see if we are allowed to receive more of the item and call the number or email whoever is on the sheet to get more. If we are not receiving more, put it in the daily report.
