This is what you would do if you accidently scheduled the wrong 'Jane Anne Smith' instead of 'Jane Anna Smith'.
What is 'Void' the case? First, remove from the schedule, then double-click the case to go into the Case Entry Activity. Click the 'Void' button on the toolbar. Select the Reason - 'Error'. Click 'Yes'. All fields are grayed out as read only. Close the chart and the patient's case drops off the depot.
