1. Identify a concern or suggestions for the program
2. Locate the Box
3. Fill out "We Care Please Share" card
4. Drop card in box & wait for follow up
Follow up: HRO officer reaches out to set a meeting time, HRO meets with PM & teams, HRO brainstorms with you
