Checks under $5000.00 need to include the member number if it was made to themself or if an OFAC was ran include their primary ID and signed by the member 

Checks $5,000.00 and more need to include the member number if it was made to themself or if an OFAC was ran include their primary ID a secondary ID and signed by the member
