Why is it important to shower?

Your body has many sweat glands. When you are outside, the bacteria mix with sweat and creates a bad odor. By washing your body, you aren’t only removing the odor but are removing the pollutants from your skin. Bathing daily will protect your skin from bacteria and reduces skin irritation. Also, bathing will get rid of the dead skin cells (helping you to make your skin smooth and glow).
