You should enter the $176,712 in the year field and then enter the wages per hour: $41 in the other compensation box.
You would omit it since it is only a partial date.

On the I-129 for the full-time position it has both yes and no checked? Do I just mark it as yes?
No - You would only check this box if only the I-129 yes box is checked. In all other scenarios, leave the box unchecked.
If Eaprvl worked the case first and has the Country of Birth as Austria but my I-129 has Australia. Should i request a PCQS for the Country of Birth?
No a PCQS is not needed - Australia would be selected as the COB to match the I-129.

My I-129 is for a TN visa class. Pg 3 of the LCA is marked Yes and has the rest of the information entered. I would still enter the LCA employment information right?
No, we only enter LCA employment information for H1B cases.
The institution address has 100 Castle Point Terrace listed for the street address. How should that be entered in PIMS?
The address should be entered as 100 Castle Point Ter
My case has the wrong item priority in the history, what do i do?
When you go to mark the case complete in PIMS make sure to change it to the correct priority before saving and let your supervisor know if the bin needs changed in the work queue.
I accidently assigned a legal rep and my petition doesn't have a legal rep. What do i do?
To un-assign a legal rep you would need to assign the legal rep as Not Applicable.
My case has a unnamed beneficiary and part 2 item 4 is marked D. What would the status be?
The status would be Approved COS/EOS. With a unnamed beneficiary it would only be approved if part 2 item 4 is marked A, all other options would be Approved COS/EOS.
My petition shows the job title as 032345989 but the LCA or ETA case number field (beside it) has Area Manager. Do i leave the job title blank?
You would enter Area Manager for the job title.
If you notice that a job title was mistakenly keyed under the wrong form field in the I-129, data enter the title from that field. For example, if the LCA or ETA case number and job title information were switched on the i-129, enter the job title from the LCA or ETA case number.
My petition is for a LZ Blanket Petition - The bene Given Name is James Paul and the Surname is Taylor. How would I enter this in PIMS?
If the I-129 is for a blanket petition, you would enter Blanket Petition in BOTH Given and Surname fields.
My case says Case expired in the history, what do I need to do?
Check to see if the previous status matches your I-129, if it matches then you will leave it as case expired.
If it does not match the status on your I-129 then you will need to change the status to reflect your I-129.
My case shows it was worked by other processes before we got it in as I-129, the petitioner is already assigned but I'm missing two pieces of information from my I-129. What do i need to do?
If the case was worked by another process and assigned but we're missing the information we need to assign the petitioner from our I-129,then we will leave the petitioner assigned but we will route the case like normal.
Part 2 item 4 has c marked but page 1 of the I-129 has COS denied wrote in the partial approval box. What would my status be?
The status should be Approved Split Decision since COS denied was written on page 1.
If I’m working a LZ Blanket petition and the job title has Case Director. I still enter Case Director as the job title, right?
No, you would omit the Job title.
If a blanket petition populates the job title on the I-129, leave the corresponding PIMS field blank.
My case was worked by Eaprvl and PIMS already has the beneficiary name as Ramakrishna Chaita but my I-129 has Ramakrishna Chatanya. Do I need to request a PCQS for this or what should I do?
You would not need to request a PCQS for the bene name - you would update the name to match the I-129.
Eaprvl gets the information from PCQS and it has a character limitation set and does not always capture the entire name.
