In determining that s.82 did not apply to a wind power project in Nunavik, the Federal Lands team looked into the provincial assessment regimes within the territory of the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement. They found the project is on this side of the 55th parallel, putting it in the purview of the Kativik Environmental Advisory Committee. I know, it was a long time to get to a simple question.
