What does resolved mean in this situation?
Resolved means that the artist went back and made edits, refined their artwork, and connected it back to the other pieces that they are studying. It is not random.

An artist's artwork that you used for inspiration, other artists' art that you have re-created and studied, art that you are very inspired by that you may have changed into your own ideas, books, movies, or other things that inspired you.

Having strong connections to other artists, creating art that is meaningful to you and that is guided by questions that are important to you, refining and connecting your main art to other art you created
What is a line of inquiry and why is it important in your sketchbook?
A line of inquiry is a question, theme or idea that you are studying as an artist. It is important because it guides your work, you are not just creating random sketches, they are connected and you are exploring something that is important to you as a person and student.
What type of information will be necessary to show on slides?
visual and written evidence of connections between your work and the work of another artist.
What should you include in your rationale?
artistic intentions, which means what you created, how and why you created it, what it means to you, your audience, your specific choices around the artwork.
Where can you find information about specific artists to study?
The library, museums, online databases, studying artists/interviews to see who your favorite artists are inspired by.
