A. If RSI do NOT use Succs. Use Vecronium or Rocuronium.
B. High flow O2
C. 1L NS mixed with 100 mEq of Sodium Bicarb
D. Monitor ECG for dysrhthmias
E. Calcium Gluconate 15-30 ml IV over 5 minutes or Calcium Chloride 500-1000 mg IV push over 5 minutes. Do NOT mix in same line as Sodium Bicarb.
F. Midazolam 2mg increments for sedation. Max 10mg.
G. Prolonged extrication over 4 hours. Consult with Base.
