IRDR is a metric used to measure the accuracy of physical inventory in Amazon FC locations. The metric measures defects, defined as the identification of a difference between the physical present quantity(s) of a specific record (ASIN) in a bin to the quantity of that specific records (ASINs) in our virtual (software) systems in that bin. This defect can be less than (shortages/missings) or more than (overages/founds) the virtual amount.
