Eugene Levy
This museum is dedicated to preserving the collection of aircrafts flown by the Canadian military and home to around 50 aircrafts, including the one of the world’s last flying Lancaster bombers. There are only two of them in existence, one of which is in this museum.
Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum
Widely hailed as one of the Niagara Escarpment’s most unforgettable sights, it consists of colorful layers of stratified rock. This Hamilton lookout was formed at the end of the last Ice Age by the melted ice, which rushed in torrents over the Stoney Creek Escarpment.
Devil's Punchbowl
If you're a fan of Top Chef Canada, then you may already know this joint. This famous Hamilton restaurant is owned by Top Chef finalist Vittorio Colacitti. The Italian-Canadian chef opened the restaurant in an ode to his heritage. The olive oil comes from a friend's farm in the Abruzzo region of Italy, Vittorio uses a wood-fired oven from Bologna, and the bread and pasta are all made in-house.
