  1. Sell to the Partner

  2. Get the contract from the partner

  3. Open the opportunity on EXPA

  4. Go through the Exchange Participant selection process until they are approved on EXPA

  5. Secure all of the correct documents to them to be legal volunteers

  6. Start the realization of the EPs experiences

  7. Check-in mid way with the partner & EP to make sure the experience is good

  8. Prepare the EP to go back to their home country

  9. Close the experience with the partner & ask for them to resign their contracts

  10. Follow up with the EPs once back in their countries for their feedback
